Well pleased. Have stayed from two to five nights multiple times. Staff friendly and hardworking. Clean. Bed very comfortable especially since I’ve had several back surgeries. Quiet, lots of what appears to be working men as guests but never loud. Will continue to stay
No breakfast use COVID as cop out. Room decent good for under $100 a night place. Best place in opp for sure. Fast food around only restaurant we found THE WHEEL HOUSE it's Excellent. ..
This is a good hotel. Staff was friendly. The room standard. The mattress was new and comfortable. The shower stayed hot and consistent. The room did not have enough wall outlets but that is the only real complaint with the room. The breakfast had No healthy options. Very basic cheap foods. We paid $67 for the night and got what would be expected at that price.
Very good nightly rates! Clean rooms. The Hotel staff was very nice & SUPER helpful!! Had an elderly couple in another room need help & emergency medical services & their hotel staff & owners jumped right into action & helped them right away & even followed them to the hospital to make sure they went to the right location together. Our A/C quit working & they got it fixed right away. To me this location really cares about their customers & they work hard to keep customers happy. The location it great there are local restaurants all around & had 2 flea market stores (one is a 2 story), an IGA grocery store, a Dollar General, & another bargain store & all were literally right across the street! Great friendly town too!
My husband and I stayed 1 night there last night. When we checked in the room door wouldn’t lock from the outside so I told the front desk employees and they was very friendly about it and let us move to a different room where the door locked inside and outside of the door. I had the lady at desk help me with the WiFi because I was typing it in wrong she said it’s lower case then I finally got it lol. The room was very clean and bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again when we are in Opp again.
Honestly best motel experience I have ever had. I have travelled all over the U.S. and stayed in many many hotels and motels. This is hands down the best motel experience yet. The owners/management have been very accommodating. The rooms and washing and drying machines are very clean. It was well worth the money I spent. If I ever come back to Opp Alabama I will absolutely come back to the executive inn.
My fiance and I stopped here and the lady working was so nice. We got here at 12:30 and I asked her if any fast food was open around here and she said no then offered us some sausage biscuits and a drink. Also the room is nice and clean! I highly recommend it!
My grand daughter stayed there one night a week for months while attending school at LBWCC. The people were very nice, the rooms very clean and the price very fair. I would highly suggest anyone wanting a good place to stay to choose Executive Inn, Opp., when in the area.
Room was very nice. Bed comfortable. However, the Contential Breakfast consisted of very little choices unless you just want a bagel and cold cereal. Second morning, no milk for the cereal.
